My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious, equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, but cleanliness was a bit lacking with debris on the floor. The new and modern look of the room was great. The location was perfect for exploring Downtown Roanoke, being within walking distance of many attractions, although some administrative tasks were needed before parking. The dining experience was excellent, especially with the hand-crafted Wild berry Pomegranate Smoother. Overall, a good value with a few cleanliness issues.

The hotel room was large and bright, albeit a bit simpler than other Hamptons I've stayed in. The room had a good bed and upscale decor, including those new style upholstered squares to sit on. The service was top-notch, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops/commercial services, laundry, and even a welcome drink. The location was amazing, right in downtown Roanoke with a variety of food served at breakfast and easy parking access. The dining experience was above average for the chain, with some unexpected choices like smoothies and different waffle batter mixes.
